Timothy C. Hill
Production Manager
Timothy C. Hill is a dedicated family man, proud father of three—two daughters and a son. A passionate Chicago sports fan, he brings the same level of enthusiasm and commitment to both his personal and professional life.
With an extensive career in production management, Timothy currently serves as the Production Manager at First Edge, where he applies his leadership and hands-on expertise to drive operational success.
Before transitioning into civilian roles, Timothy honorably served 21 years of active duty in the United States Navy, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. His military service instilled in him a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
His industry experience spans multiple trades, including:
- Lepore Masonry – Seven years of experience as a skilled bricklayer.
- Gem Exteriors – Extensive work in roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, windows, and general contracting.
- Dotson Construction Corp – Over 25 years of expertise in flooring, decks, demolition, and concrete work.
With a wealth of knowledge across construction, production, and operations, Timothy is a results-driven professional who thrives in demanding environments. His dedication to excellence and team leadership continues to make an impact in every role he undertakes.
